There is so much happening right now! So much so, that I need to update everyone on everything that is currently happening in the month of June for Texas Freshwater Fly Fishing. So...here you go:
The BIG Year TFFF
The BIG Year TFFF is continuing to run throughout 2022. You can still register to fish this "tournament" (if you want to call it that.) Basically, it is a contest to see who can catch the most species of fish throughout the year. Each month has a winner also! There are great prizes each month and overall, and numerous chances to win for a low entry fee. Sign up for the fun now!
- The current yearly leader is at 22 species.
- The current monthly leader is at 2 species.
June Four-Fish Fiesta
The June Four-Fish Fiesta is a month-long, fish-anywhere in Texas, virtual fly fishing tournament. There are four categories that you can win, and you can earn points in each category to win the overall prize as well. Again, it is super cheap to enter, super fun to fish, and there are great prizes to win. Don't miss out on this one, sign up today.

Our first ever, official, get together is being held on June 30th, from 4:00 - 8:30, at Red Horn Brewery and Roastery. I would love to see you all out there, and it will be a great time for all that can make it. We will have door prizes, some fly tying, great conversations, vendor booths set up, and much, much, more. We will also be announcing our June Four-Fish Fiesta winner at the event! Be sure to make it out! It is FREE to attend.
