As many of you know, I drug myself out of my hole to go be social (something I am not usually good at due to anxiety and stuff) and to talk to people about Flydrology and Texas Freshwater Fly Fishing. And, I am glad I did. I had a great time talking to everyone at WinterFisch. Thank you to everyone who came out to talk and see what was going on, and especially thanks to everyone who purchased some flies!
I will definitely be attending more events in the future! Does anyone know of other great fishing / fly fishing / outdoors events going on that you would like me to attend? Please let me know!
Peace Out-side, Y'all,
Stepping out of your comfort zone is never easy, so it’s wonderful to hear that the experience turned out to be so rewarding. It’s clear that your passion for fly fishing and sharing knowledge made a positive impression on everyone who attended WinterFisch. Congratulations on connecting with so many people and selling your flies as well! Stories like this remind us that personal growth often begins with one brave step. Just as preparation matters for events, students also benefit from understanding how many references should a dissertation have to build strong and credible academic work.
