There were more submissions this period than there have been so far.  And each picture was amazing!  Choosing the finalists was difficult, so I really had to do my best to stick to the selection criteria, and even asked for some outside help to decide.  There were so many high quality Rios that were unfortunately left off this list of finalists.  But now, TFFF needs your help!  Vote for the picture you think should win.

Voting this time will be a little bit different.  You must comment on this post with your choice for the winner.
